Over the past year, I have worked full time and also part-time at 84.51. Here is a short list of tasks and accomplishments I have completed: • Led research and implementation of bandwidth trafficking on the company-wide network to prioritize corporate traffic over lower prioritized networks. • Created and managed network changes using a standardized change advisory board process. • Contributed to deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting network related equipment within the office and datacenters. • Configured, deployed and upgraded Cisco switches, Adaptive Security Appliance firewalls, VOIP phones and Wireless LAN Controllers. • Communication experience with Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) • Designed and deployed Network Operations Center Wall within the office to eliminate breaches in SLAs and create more visibility of the network. • Monitor day to day operations of network and incident requests
